  1. Here is the Translation (I've used Google Translator) Assalamu Alaikum, Hope everyone is well. I have opened a Fiverr account for the last 1 year and have published 7 gigs, but my gig click impressions are less and the gigs are on the fast page. I am not getting any order now I am thinking to change the gig image. Now, if I change the gig image, I have to edit it, then will my gig rank be lost? Seeking expert advice. Answer: Wa alaikum asalam. Well you are a "SEO Expert Or Social Media Marketing And Video Editor" then you should use your expertise for your own gigs too to get orders. Optimize your gigs further i.e. improve gig images and gig descriptions as well. Show your portfolio via gig images/video/PDFs etc.
  2. Hello too. Buyer will definitely ask for the samples because you have not added your portfolio in gigs gallery? How can you prove it to your buyer that you are really worthy for him?? For now, you can add your own watermark in the videos. But next time, portray some of your work in the gig gallery.
  3. If buyer has given you a review and you don't respond to that, then after 10 days, it will be automatically appeared on your profile.
  4. You claim yourself to be "Facebook ads, Google ads, facebook pixel and GTM Specialist", then I am sure that you can utilize your expertise for yourself too? Can't you? With poor gig images, you won't be able to perform better or get orders. You are advised to work on your gig images and gig descriptions. Question for you: Wondering that why have you introduced yourself in the gig description?
  5. Earlier, you were suggesting tips and now you are asking for our guidance? 😃 What a U-Turn you have taken! 😯 It would be better if you start reading topics on the same question (yours) in the Forum and read them.
  6. Whatever, we still stand corrected that Staying Online is Useless. You have not shown your portfolio in your gig images. (You need to show your previous work via gig images.) You have used the same gig descriptions in two or three of gigs. Why? (Work on it.) Shopify is a highly competitive niche as well. Other sellers are performing better than you. I am sure that Fiverr might have requested you to increase your gig prices. Do it if you have been requested to. Do some research first regarding your niche on Fiverr.
  7. Your last delivery was 25 days ago. So did you get any order by staying online since then? No. Right? That's the proof: Staying Online = Useless You can get more orders if you work on improving your gig images and gig descriptions. Your images are not attractive for buyers. And why have you used the same images for other gigs? Add your portfolio in a proper way.
  8. Why is there a difference? Fiverr App: If you see it clearly that those stats are of last 7 days (of your all gigs) Desktop version: The stats which you are showing are of Last 30 Days. Each gig is showing its stats. Change it into 7 days to see the different results. Afterwards, you can calculate the average impressions and clicks of your all gigs then they might be the same like Fiverr App (7 Days).
  9. What was the new gig you were trying to create? P.S. No one in the Forum can help you with your account restoration. Contact Fiverr Support regarding it.
  10. Buyer Satisfaction Rate: You cannot see it. It's hidden. Yeah if he was not happy with your service then there is a possibility that he has left you a negative private feedback which you cannot see. There are 2 types of feedback which buyer can give: Public and Private.
  11. You will get your 5* rating back if you get more orders with 5* reviews. Because of your 4.5* rating, your buyer satisfaction rate has also been dropped. To be honest, your question was this too: Will taking fake reviews help? To that, my question was: Fake reviews will lead your account to be suspended. Do you want this? Avoid doing it.
  12. Fake reviews will lead your account to be suspended. Do you want this? Work on your gigs then i.e. optimize them further (images, descriptions, tags etc.).. And try to deliver quality work so that you can get good reviews.
  13. To contact your old or repeated clients is actually considered a Spam. So avoid suggesting this.
  14. Rising Talent and My Portfolio are two different things. If they have been given My Portfolio feature, it means they were invited by Fiverr. Also, Rising Talent is for New Sellers only (not Level 2 Sellers)
  15. Let's suppose: What if the newly created gig performs the same? Like no orders or no clicks or impressions? There will be no difference then. RIght? Nothing is working: It's because your gig images are not good enough to attract buyer's attention. You need to improve gig descriptions too. If you want to delete it and create a new one, you can do it. Choice is yours. But I will suggest you to work on the existing gig and make it more stand out. Good Luck
  16. Hi too What will be the difference then? Rather than deleting it, you can optimize it further. Improve gig images and gig descriptions.
  17. Both comments have been Reported. (Violation of Forum Rules)
  18. Whatever Fiverr asks you to do, you must do it no matter what. Whether you lose your gig rank or not, you still have to do it. You might lose your gig if you don't follow the notification (possibility)
  19. Hi too It's because you have already created 7 gigs so you cannot create 8th gig. As a beginner/new seller, you are allowed to create only 7 gigs. Kindly read this article: https://www.fiverr.com/levels
  20. You still have not answered my question regarding it. Elaborate this point to me that how is it relevant to impression? 😟
  21. Hello too Because of your one 4.7 stars which you received 1 week ago, it happened. Your buyer satisfaction rate has been dropped and other sellers are performing better than you. You have chosen a highly competitive niche i.e. Logo Design so definitely competition is tough. Also, I can see that you have used almost the same primary images for your gigs. Why is that? Improve your gig images.
  22. Hi too Don't worry about it. You need to focus more on Impressions/Clicks that they are dropping or increasing? If they are increasing then they are being shown to buyers which is more than enough.
  23. Alright. Optimize your gigs further then i.e. work on gig images, tags and gig descriptions.
  24. No way. Fiverr does not work like that.. Well, you might have gotten a negative private feedback and your buyer satisfaction rate dropped. So, I just checked your profile and can see that your gig images are not attractive to grab buyer's attention (even I'm not impressed both as a seller and buyer). You need to work more on them. Before making any changes, do some research first on Fiverr regarding your niche (each gig's) and observe how other sellers are portraying their portfolio and how are they selling their services.. Just observe them (don't copy them).
