  1. Did you even read the notification carefully sent by Fiverr? Or you cannot understand English when you are fluent in it? The notification says that this user cannot be contacted any longer so it means there is no way to contact that user. Let it go.
  2. It's showing 4.8* rating on your profile. Fiverr has updated these things. You will see Rating Breakdown as well on your profile.
  3. Only if you want your account to be banned. Avoid using any auto-refresher tools else your account will be Bye Bye (account suspension).
  4. There is no specific time to get orders. Also, staying active all the time or at specific times have nothing to do with the orders. You need to keep an eye on your clicks and impressions to see the performance of your gigs.
  5. It's a new update on Fiverr. There will be very less profiles with 5* reviews now. I had 5* ratings earlier but after a new update, it's 4.9* now. Check your gigs. Each gig will have its own ratings i.e. 4.9*, 4.6* or 4.4*.
  6. Hi too. Whenever you are in doubt or have any confusion then it is always recommended to contact Fiverr Suppprt regarding it before taking any step/action. So I'll encourge you to contact Fiverr Support. Also, if you have mentioned in your gig description and requirements that you would need an access of something so email address would be required etc.. then you can send the details via order page only. But still contact Fiverr Support. I had the same issue like yours so I contacted them and they guided me properly.
  7. Yes. Do not try to become a Robot that can stay wide awake for more than 15 hours. Secondly, staying active all the time won't help you with anything else such as orders, increase in impressions or clicks etc. Just get online whenever you have something to do on Fiverr like deliver orders, respond to the inquiries, gig updates etc.
  8. It would be better to use your own internet network. It might cause you a trouble later i.e. account suspension if you use the same internet from coworking space.
  9. Its not a technical issue. There will be no more evaluation days in the future. After 14th March 2024, according to the new level system: once you complete the requirements to reach the next level, your level will be up but it might reflect on your dashboard after 24 hours.
  10. If you are able to use your account via Fiverr App then it seems your account is fine. Try logging out and then logging into your account on Desktop to see of it works.
  11. That's your punishment for having two accounts. Discuss with Fiverr Support regarding it.
  12. You must have received an email from Fiverr regarding it. What does it say? Check Spam folder of your email account. Email should be there if not in Inbox.
  13. Hello too. Is your Payoneer account verified i.e. all the documents whichever they requested you to submit are approved?
  14. You cannot request your buyers to give you 5* reviews as it's considered to be a "review manipulation". Hence, you will get a warning and your account will be restricted. Avoid it. You can simply ask your buyer to give you an honest feedback on your work but don't say good or 5* review.
  15. What if the success score is 10? Does not make sense to me. Hopefully things will be fine soon.
  16. I have a gig with 6 success score and thought to delete that one but decided not to. Also, I have noticed that after the launching of new level system, I am getting the less new inquiries. I am fine with the repeat buyers but it looks like that this new system has affected a lot of other things too Don't know about others that are they having the same case like me (less new inquiries)?
  17. It's not removed. It's still there and I have an access to it. May be it is only accessible to those if user has a Payoneer card. No idea but I have this option.
  18. This is only possible if you are choosing "Revenue Card" option. If you are using Bank Transfer option, then they will be loaded directly into your account via Payoneer.

  21. Contact Fiverr Support again and sort it out with them. If they have told you that their decision cannot be changed then it means they can do nothing for you anymore.
  22. Fiverr Support cannot help you in this regard because AI is doing the work for them so they rely on it. Just get used to the changes as we all have to adapt to these changes made by Fiverr. Improve your services and overall success scores. And read articles on it too. P.S. Nothing can be done so just face it. (Sorry to say this)
  23. No. Main/Parent Category cannot be changed. Only sub-categories can be changed. If you want to change the main category then you will have to delete the gig and create it again using the right main category.   24. They won't help you with it. Try to discuss with your buyer and sort it out somehow and deliver the work according to your buyer's requirements. Else go to the Resolution Center and send a request to buyer to get the order cancelled.
  25. It would be better if you contact Fiverr Support directly via Email or Creating a Ticket as there is a less chance that any one will help you here regarding your issue.
