    After login into your fiverr seller account In top menu you can see "My Business" main menu under that menu you can find profile sub menu navigate on that. After that you can see certificate option like this

    Don't worry it happens sometimes, I think you have to try in a private window. May be Fiverr algorithm is trying to hide your gig from you in search results. Chill nothing serious

    In such situations, I try to understand the client's nature. I mean as a seller we need to understand the buyer's nature and behavior like client mentality is cheap or business professional who can spend more for quality work. If the client is professional then you can explain the exact situation but if the client is cheap-minded then you have to give more because he can give you bad review also..
