  1. Hello, yes it's quite normal. It's a feature that Fiverr has, where it rotates the gigs around to give more chance to the new seller to be seen. That's all I know, probably no one knows in specific how the rotation system actually works.
  2. Hello, the prices of your services surely affects sales. But I don't think $10 to $20 dollar is much, honestly it's nothing for the service you're providing. Now of course the more reviews you have the more potential buyers might be willing to spend more on your service. But as of now I think the prices you have are okay, actually I would think of raising them in the future months when you get more reviews and orders. Of course you have to be good at what you're doing.
  3. Hello, sorry to hear that. I can't speak as personal experience since I never faced this myself, but I wouldn't give up. Now I don't know how many clients weren't happy with your work but what I see is that you have almost 300 reviews with a 5 star rating, and your profile looks clean. Don't give up about it, and for sure do not delete the gig. You'll probably get some more orders and if you get a good rating on them Fiverr will mostly probably start showing your gig again. As I said, it all depends on how many unsatisfied clients you had that might have left a bad review.
  4. Well I guess, just have some patience. I mean you signed up in September and already got 18 orders with a top 5 star rating, I think that's already pretty good for a fresh start. People usually wait even a full year to get their first order, and hope to get a review. Not everyone is willing to leave a review, 70% of the orders I have don't have a review. Fully satisfied customers but they might not want to share their name or what they ordered. So I would just wait, I mean you got many reviews on your gig, a 5 star rating and you started 3 months ago. I might say you're living the dream of many.
  5. @sabujbaidhya Yeah, no wonder that your gig is not showing on the page. Exploiting the system is never the right way to do it, and I bet Fiverr already got some ways to check if you're auto refreshing the page all day long. Overall it's a computer checking on another computer, isn't it.. haha
  6. Hello, the impressions usually indicate how many people see your gig while scrolling on the Fiverr page. If there's no impressions it means that your gig is not being shown to people, probably because there's many competitors in that field and your gig ended up somewhere at the bottom of the page. This is why many experienced sellers always suggest to pick a niche or do a gig focused on a very particular field. (At least to start as a new seller) Have a nice day!
  7. I don't think the community can help you with this, it's a thing between you and Fiverr. If they say you have multiple accounts I guess they got some type of suspicion on you. You may try again by contacting the Support team and explain your situation, just comply with what they say and don't break the rules any further than you might have already done.
  8. Hello, well I believe you can report that to Fiverr. As you said it wasn't much about the communication or how the seller was acting but the actual final product that wasn't working. It also depends on how much you paid for the service, so it's up to you but for sure he's not following what he stated. It's the same thing as a graphic designer delivering a logo which has a low quality and it can't be used anywhere, he might have done the job but at the end it's not really usable. If he stated the things you said in his gig or in your conversation and he's not respecting that, you have all the rights to either report it or leave a bad review.

For sure stealing images from others isn't the best approach to start a business. I can understand the main cover, but if the work you're showing isn't even yours how are people even going to trust you? This feels like a scam to be honest, and it's not even fair to the owners of those pictures and the people that worked on them. And also the excel file where it shows all the clients with their respective phone numbers and information, do you have the approval to show all that? Where did you stole it from?
  10. Hello, when you have a high amount of impressions but not many clicks it's usually about how the gig appears from the "outside", basically from the page where clients look for the best fitting service. So it might be your gig cover, price or even something with your title. Basically try to stand out from others and of course have reasonable prices for what you offer.
  11. Hello, you shouldn't have any problems uploading a video in a different language than English. I've seen many gigs where they have videos in different languages, mainly on the voice acting ones. This is from the Fiverr Guidelines Here. *edit. Of course if you put the titles and description in English you'll be able to have more people looking at your gig and actually understand easily what it is about. But when it comes to something you do in Spanish, an example might be voice acting in Spanish, showing your accent and the way you talk in that language will be important for the clients.
  12. I had a total of 5 orders, and ALL of them came when I was offline actually. (Instant orders and messages from clients) So honestly I think this "Stay online all day to all costs" is just a rumor that people who don't even know what they're talking about spread around. And especially new sellers are following it ending up in them getting frustrated and demotivated cause they stay all day in front of the Fiverr page waiting for an order which will most probably never came in anytime soon.
  13. The same way you got your first order. When it comes to orders there's no specific rule on how you'll get the orders. Having 7 active gigs for sure might help, even if I saw people with only 1 active gig and around 200/300 orders on that specific one.
  14. So you actually want to lower down the price? Usually you would just put the price and how many days you might need, if you deliver before the date you would still get the same amount. The payment is not counted by how many hours or days you work, the price you put on the gig will be the final one. Unless, as I said, you offer some extras to the client.
  15. What do you mean? You need 3 more days or you're delivering in only 3 days and not 7?
  16. You can't! But you can offer the client an extra, of course you'll have to discuss with the client what it is about. And they'll have to accept it, you can't just impose a new price.
  17. Hello blueprint001, unfortunately I don't understand what you're having trouble with. PayPal is not the only option for paying, you might want to check the Fiverr terms on payment methods. Here: Fiverr’s Payment Terms
  18. Hello ashleystancle, 1. Yes, I believe that using an external link from Zoom that isn't the one that Fiverr provided you is against the rules. 2. Probably on a normal Zoom call you can, but you can't on the Fiverr calls. Fiverr actually always records the video calls and saves them for the seller and the buyer, and also to make sure there is no violation of any rules during the call. Source: Fiverr Video Calls 3. It is up to you, as I said it is probably against the rules to use a Zoom link that isn't provided by Fiverr directly. 4. Well, probably the only way to avoid it is to actually not get any canceled orders. Here's the a more in-depth source: All about Order Completion One way to avoid pre-order calls and people cancelling the order might be to put a vide on your gig, if you haven't already. Just do a small trailer where you talk and maybe show yourself, this will attract more buyers in the first place, and they'll already know what to expect before the order. Have a nice day! MaxTPF
  19. Hello, what do you mean by "the reply box is not active"? You can't open the message inbox page or you can't text to certain customers? You can also send a screenshot, preferably covering the customer usernames.
  20. Hello, it is probably a problem on the client side so it might not be the Fiverr website, if there's a delay between the keyboard input and the site it shouldn't even have to do with the internet connection. Have you tried another browser? or just restarting the computer might also solve it.
  21. You should be all good. If you delivered in time even after the revision you shouldn't worry about anything. Some buyers may not log in for days, sometimes it does happen. Don't worry about the money, during the orders Fiverr keeps the money so whatever the buyer does he can't just take the final product without paying you. I think for now you just have to wait for him, once you delivered the final product after his revision you're good to go. And you should also see a time and date at the end of the order page, where it says the limit time the buyer has to accept or deny the offer. If he doesn't take action the offer will be completed by itself. (Usually it's 3 days)
  22. Look there's tons of guides and tips from veteran sellers and members of the forum on how to work your way on Fiverr, which contain a lot of important details. But to make it short just be passionate about what you're doing, make sure you do something that you're good at it and that you know your way around. Work on your gigs, on your profile. Try different tags and titles, try different prices (might start low for the first orders). And you do need a lot of patience to get your first orders, if you're motivated enough you can get at a nice level with no problem.
  23. Hello, I never heard of "full rights license" too before, all I can think of is maybe transferring the copyright ownership but I don't think it is related to your case. Try asking him what this "full rights license" is about and see his response, and ask the difference between the two he listed. Either way here's the Fiverr help page about copyright ownership and property rights, you might find the solution in it: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010979558-Copyright-and-Intellectual-Property-Rights---Fiverr-Business?segment=business
