Hello, I believe the ones you're seeing are reviews, so it's just counting the reviews. I might be wrong here but it could be 2 scenarios, either the clients didn't left a review and that's why you're seeing less reviews than orders, or it could be that the orders are not completed yet and the client still needs to confirm them. Do you have any fresh new order that still needs to be completed by the customer approval?

Hello! So looking at your description there's not really any illegal or strange characters that can be seen, so maybe there's some hidden ones. You could try to do two things.. You may try pasting the description into a text program like Notepad or TextEdit if you're on MacOS, but really any text program should do the job. After pasting it you may see if there's any weird characters that pop out or just some weird spaces between the words. Second thing you may try is just rewriting the entire description word by word, so just get on the description box on Fiverr and start copying the entire description. This way all the characters you're putting in are from the keyboard so there shouldn't be any problem, and if it still doesn't work try replacing some of the special characters like the dots or numbers, leaving just the letters.
