  1. Why wouldn't it be possible?
  2. Just try different prices, and wait. I received my first brief around a week ago.
  3. @juliuzproHere's a forum post that will probably answer many of your questions. Made by real people, not robots. And by people that know what they're doing. Being online on Fiverr all day isn't gonna do a thing. For me literally 90% of my orders and messages came in when I was offline. And also the forum is for people to share tips and talk about the Fiverr platform. I honestly prefer getting tips and opinions by people that had experience on Fiverr, not those that just copy and paste stuff taken from other websites just to get posts in the forum. Hoping that one day it'll bring more visibility to their profile.
  4. Surely it'll add up to your profile, and when a customer comes visit your page they'll see all the certifications or tests you took and the result. But here on the forum I've seen many people saying that they tried and it doesn't really affect the gig visibility in any way. Same thing with the "Stay online 24/7" MYTH which doesn't help at all, and it's a waste of time. Taking couple of test doesn't hurt, even if some of them are quite hard to be honest.
  5. Thanks for the big text! Why in the first place does your brother want to delete his account and make a new one? if it's for anything that is related to tricking the Fiverr algorithm in any way, it is against the rules of Fiverr and you can get seriously punished for that. Have a nice day!
  6. Not true at all. Basically 95% of my orders and messages came in when I was offline actually. As breals said, stop suggesting stuff that are completely nonsense.
  7. You're welcome. If you want some deeper information, here you can find all you need.
  8. Being honest is the first step.
  9. I mean some people agree with that and some don't. I saw many sellers that only have a single gig and they had a lot of orders and success. So I guess you can try yourself.
  10. Well I guess.. But as you said you're not a new seller on Fiverr so I don't think it'll really matter. And also tricking the system doesn't seem like a good idea. And why deleting the gig? I believe a more mature gig will attract more buyers and probably the Fiverr algorithm. And as you said, you already created some new gigs and still didn't get any order. So I don't think it's a good idea to delete your gigs. How long ago did you make those changes on your gigs?
  11. Well, just deliver the order again with the changes he requested. Once you delivered the order, after a few days, it will automatically be marked as completed.
  12. Hello, well the portfolio you see on that page is part of an option that only certain sellers have. As a new seller you're only able to upload up to 3 Gig images and 1 PDF file where you can include some extra work and some type of a portfolio. Here's more details about the Fiverr Portfolio.
  13. If they want you to use any third party platform or service, or if they ask you to do a different deal without making an order. Sometimes they even offer high prices and coming up with crazy stories and excuses. Do not fall for them. If you want to go "work" with them then say goodbye to Fiverr, because it is against ToS and you can get punished for that. If they have questions before the order it's totally normal, and you should answer them and help them understand what they want and how you can help them. But you shouldn't start working on the actual project until they make an order on Fiverr.
  14. Hello, If you're talking about how Fiverr works then, yes. When you start an order the Buyer will pay the amount and Fiverr will keep the money for the entire duration of the order, until it is completed. When the order gets completed then you'll receive the money, after an additional wait period of time.
  15. If you can't even wait 24h and be patient then this platform isn't for you, and freelancing too.
  16. Alright, as you might know if you're getting many impressions but no clicks or orders the problem might be on how the gig looks from the outside. Things as the Gig cover, price, eventual filters people put in the research and reviews will surely affect the frequency of people clicking on your gig. But in your case I don't know what might be the problem. Here's a very useful resource made by the Fiverr community members which surely have more experience than me, they cover all the topics on there.
  17. Here's one of the many free resources that the community members put together, it'll probably help you.
  18. Nowadays I feel like there's more robots than actual humans! Hopefully we don't turn into robots too, that wouldn't be too good. Haha
  19. You mean that you're getting a lot of impressions but not clicks? Or you're getting many clicks but no orders?
  20. That's why we have a forum for it, there's tons of information around that can help you. Like this one
  21. If you're talking about the max time you can set to get an order done I believe it goes around 30 Days. Usually seen in gigs for big projects or handmade products and so on. I don't really know what you mean by "after receiving the order".
  22. Well for me actually December was a little slower, I actually receive more messages and orders now in January. (Commercial related jobs for companies) I believe it really depends on the gig and the context, and it's very individual.
  23. Hello, sorry to hear this. I know that Fiverr keeps the money during an active order, until it's marked as complete by the buyer or due to the expiration date. About the Fiverr Email you received I would suggest to immediately open a support ticket and explain the situation and the fact that you already have delivered the final product. Also ask the reason, if you don't know it yet, of the cancellation of the order. Since the "Click here" link doesn't work.
