What a horrible situation, If this thing is real, you won't be a perfect man on this platform for doing these cancellations. You have just wasted time with those clients, Simply you could use the "Unavailable" option. Fiverr never allowed your familial logic, If you can't do the job, Fiverr give you Unavailable options, You have just wasted this option.

From my thought, I would like to suggest you, every day at least Watch one English Movies with subtitles, try to read the subtitle whatever on the screen says, Also try to watching documentaries And use Grammarly always for writing, and Use Google Translate for learning the meaning of spelling of various country languages.

I have a good suggestion in my opinion, If your gig still now not get any ranking/impression/click so you can edit your gig, although every gig when anyone goes to touch for editing, must be lost visibility. If your gig has any impression/clicks, do not go to edit, it is better than creating a new gig for your service... Thank you!

Follow your county timezone with specific schedule for check out buyer request. Most of the time buyer request coming start from evening & midnight times.
