  1. 14 days after order is marked as "completed".
  2. I'm not sure if a buyer can see the reviews from deleted gigs, but the impact on the seller's overall score will remain. And yes, the staff will have a trace.
  3. You can read here more about consequences: https://viableblog.com/what-happens-when-you-delete-a-gig-on-fiverr/
  4. Your new gig is approved, but the old one is on hold because you haven't made any sales in 2 years.
  5. You probably don't think about gig advertising through Telegram ? Otherwise, it's a 99% scam. Scammers are on all kinds of social networks, but Telegram is probably the worst because you can post almost anything there since there is no control. Many of these "job offers", ask you to deposit some money, and after some easy work, you will get your money back and earn a lot more.
  6. It is allowed and your gigs are approved. But this way, gigs look very generic and similar to many others. I think it is better for your businesses to put your picture.
  7. When he clicks on your gig he gets more info about your profile and gig. They might find that your introduction and gig descriptions are not well written, i.e. they are AI-generated, there are exaggerations, bad english, FAQ section not filled..
  8. Yes, all of those actions are allowed. The key is to attract buyers to do business with you on Fiverr.
  9. Your gig is suspended for negative filters. Contact support for a more detailed explanation: support@fiverr.com
  10. This article is very informative, you will find all the answers about calculating conversion rate and more. https://www.nizamuddeen.com/fiverr/what-is-conversion-rate/
  11. Since you are a level two seller and give outstanding performance, with no warnings, demotions etc., I can only say that it has something to do with the algorithm, and it can be sometimes unfair. You opened a ticket with CS, but I see that they also didn't find anything problematic. Maybe wait for a couple more days. Cheers.
  12. It's a bit edgy since you already did business with the seller. It's not the worst type of spam. It's better to ignore and of course, when the time comes and you wish to do business again, you can contact them.
  13. You might want to edit your gigs to get more impressions, clicks, and orders. It all depends on whether your edit made your gig more attractive or not. There are no problems with editing, just consequences on the "popularity" of the gig in the near future.
  14. Fiverr does not allow homework or academic work services, writing letters of recommendation, college applications etc. We consider it unethical.
  15. It's all about the right keywords for gig titles and tags. And there is always a question of how much sellers provide similar services that you provide.
  16. Besides being unsafe working outside Fiverr (many sellers were scammed this way), it violates rules because moving your business outside Fiverr when at the same time you use Fiverr to get buyers is, logically, not permitted. The opposite is allowed, to advertise your Fiverr gigs outside Fiverr to get them to our platform.
  17. Here is everything to know about adding top clients to your profile https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404324058513-Top-Clients You don't need a client's permission, but you need to fill in some other data that is described in the article mentioned.
  18. Your gigs are denied and your account is suspended for inappropriate gig services. You can contact support@fiverr.com for more info.
  19. You can find here everything about the seller plus features, benefits, how it works etc. https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/sections/17142898924049-Seller-Plus
  20. 1) It is better not to offer unlimited revisions. 2) It is better to write about your profile and gigs using your words, not with AI or another type of help. Good luck with your future work.
  21. Solved. Customer support has just sent you instructions. It was due to inactivity.
  22. You can read more about briefs here: https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-get-a-Fiverr-brief?ch=3&oid=138561692&share=5b8fa378&srid=3p8I1w&target_type=question
  23. Your only gig is suspended for negative filters. For more info, please contact support@fiverr.com Good luck.
  24. It's a sensitive question. You are not allowed to ask for a good review. You may want to try to be polite and say that you appreciate the cooperation with this buyer and would be happy to hear his opinion about your work if that is okay with him.
  25. You did your job. The software is working, the tutorial is there. You can't be at his service for every small problem that is only related to his incapability to use the software. And he is rejecting your offer to help. You can ask customer support to contact the buyer and explain him that he can't spam you about problems that are not related to your work.
