  1. I will be going to Vail in two weeks, it is just a skiing try and I know not many of you want to hear about the snow and how wonderful it is.
  2. I use to be the same way. Until my mother fried it with onions. She cut it up into very small bits and rolled it in flour. I got over the taste and love it now.
  3. Yes, the FDA in the US allows somewhere around 12% bugs for every 50 pounds of wheat flour. Not sure if that is exactly right, but should be close. It has been awhile since I have been on my farm. If you think about it, you can't stop a lot bugs from flying into the combine that is harvesting the wheat or corn or whatever. So they have to allow for this. My farm in Tennessee was organic. It took 3 years of no spraying or any kind of chemical usage. You have to feed all your animals organic feed and it is very expensive.
  4. Yes, they are good even though a lot of people snub their noses at them. Liver is very healthy. As far a Hannibal goes, he said that a census taker once tried to test me." I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti". This guy is so gruesome.
  5. Yes, they are very chewy. After all that part of the chicken is used to grind up food. There is a tough coating on the gizzard and my mother always takes that part off. I like chicken liver, especially fried with onion and breaded.
  6. This is one of my favorite writers, Thomas Harris. When I started reading this book, I couldn't put it down. Some people have told me that it is too gorry. I have read several other books of his, but this one is by far the best. I had to read the other books and watch the movies that were made about this psychiatrist, Hannibal Lecter. This story is soooooooo good.
  7. When I worked in accounting for a Utility company in Tennessee, a software salesman was there from the state of Washington. One of our salesmen took him to lunch and ordered Rooster Fries. They are a considered a delicacy there. He did not know what they were, but said they were delicious. The salesmen told him after the meal, that he had just eaten a meal similar to Rocky Mountain Oysters. The guy never came back to the Utility company again.
  8. I am looking for Punxatoni Phil from Pennsylvania. In other words, Groundhog Day! Will he see his shadow? If he sees his shadow, then we will have 6 more weeks of winter weather. You know, it is about 6 more weeks until Spring anyway. Go figure.
  9. This is the reply I got when I wanted a success manager that I could e-mail and talk to. When I e-mailed my success manager and asked questions, he said that we should do a zoom instead. That will only happen on February 23. My last e-mail from my success manager was Jan. 20, suggesting we do a zoom instead of e-mailing. None of my questions were answered. The following is the response from an e-mail I sent to CS asking for a new success manager. Hey Kendal, I understand you would like to replace your Success Manager. Your Success Manager has a unique perspective and close familiarity with you as a seller that can help benefit your growth. All success managers’ knowledge base is the same, and the suggestions given by one Success Manager are likely to be similar to those given by a different Success Manager.Changing Success Managers is not a possibility at the moment. If this option does become available at some point, we will let you know. As a friendly reminder, our Success Managers' response time to emails is 1-2 business days. For urgent matters or when your Success Manager is OOO, you can always open a ticket with our Support Team here. As a Seller Plus seller, you enjoy a 5 hrs response time to your tickets. Kind regards, My Answer - My Success Manager has only spoken to me one time. I don't see that he has a unique perspective on my profile. Sincerely, Kendal Hello, In other words, I have to pay for the success manager whether I get to talk to him or not. Is that right? Sincerely, Kendal This is the response to my last e-mail of Jan 30th. - Hi Kendal,My name is Lex and I'll be happy to take over from here. I understand that you really want to get a new Success Manager. That being the case, I will forward your request to our dedicated team to check and I will update you as soon as possible. If you need anything else, I am here for you. Kind regards,
  10. We are going to have to try to grow some of our food. But try to stay away from GMOs.
  11. A big problem we have is, "do we know what is in our food?" Here is a small section from an article about metals found in baby food.-The new report from a consumer advocacy group found that 95 percent of 168 commercial baby foods tested contained toxic heavy metals, including lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium, and one in four products contained all four. Among the top offenders were rice-based cereals and snacks, juices and sweet potatoes.
  12. I like this solution the best.
  13. Yes, it is. I have no idea what is going on with that. I have sent an e-mail to CS.
  14. I e-mailed him with several questions and he responded alright. He told me to get an appointment which is over a month. He is booked up over a month.
  15. Do I go through Customer Service or who?
  16. Good luck getting to talk to them. Maybe the first encounter is fairly quick with your success manager, but with my experience you have to wait a month sometimes two to get to talk to them again. Sad
  17. Buyer's Request was done away with completely in November of 2022. You have to join Buyers Briefs. This replaced Buyer's Request.
  18. Well, I did get my videos and photos up. You probably should contact CS (customer support). They probably will ask for a screenshot though. Be sure to re-read your requirements for size. I very hurriedly read mine and didn't pay attention to the words less than 75 seconds. I tried to upload a video that was exactly 75 seconds and it would not go through. I just looked at 75 seconds and thought, oh well, 75 seconds and 50 Mb. Wrong! Less than 75 seconds. That was my problem.
  19. I am sure that the $5 and $10 people will be glad to hear this. lol
  20. I like to visit the VA hospitals. Some of those people are very lonely. (I know; it is a place to possibly get some kind of bug.) My brother was in the military and he passed 5 years ago. He told me how lonely he was when he was wounded and no family nearby. In memory of him, I hope I am helping someone else. I have made a lot of friends and their families, hope to get to know many more.
  21. Snow! I love it. You can ski, sleigh ride, have snowball fights.
  22. Too much information given out. I don't know what can be done though. One sight that I was on told me that they wanted a picture of me holding my drivers license and I politely refused. They blocked my profile and they owe me money. I can't get it until I send the picture. Well, they can keep the money. I had been on there for awhile and no one ever told me I had to do that. All of a sudden they decided that would be the best thing for them and the rule was put in place. It's no wonder that there are so many people stealing other people's identities. All that information in one place.
  23. Yes, Buyer Request is gone, completely. I posted this when there were a few jobs still available, but it was very meager at that time. In November 2022, it was completely done away with. So do not rely on buyer requests anymore for any reason. You have to go to buyer briefs. The reason I am posting this is because there are some people still reading that old post. When they first started talking about doing away with it way back in the beginning of 2022, everyone should have gone with buyer briefs.
