  4. There is no connection between 'response rate' and 'effective communication' - both are distinct metrics. Former is quantitative while the later is qualitative in nature.

  6. Most probably because their Success Score, Response Rate or Lifetime Earnings are below the minimum required threshold for Level 2. It can be any single one or combination of these factors.
  7. Ohhh... I wasn't aware of this. Even my post went into approval mode recently, after using the aforementioned word!! It got approved a couple of hours later for sure.
  8. Unfortunately, this has ALWAYS been the case. Once a buyer has swiped their card and made the payment - we are supposed to cater to them. It doesn't matter whether buyer was confused, mistaken, unsure, misinformed or just trying out things!! People had instances where buyer placed the order while being drunk... System refuses to take any reasoning into account and punishes a seller by default. If someone pays $100 and asks for the moon - by hook or crook, I need to fly, fetch and deliver the moon.🫠
  9. You or me can't buy FIVERR PREMIUM - its very costly and literally unaffordable!! 🤐 Jokes apart - you're yet to reach level two, so you're not eligible for Seller Plus Premium. Read the program benefits on the program page CAREFULLY to understand better.
  10. Even a buyer did this few weeks back. He was having pre-order conversation with me from one account and then all of sudden his next text came from a new account!! 🫠 He apologised for forgetting to switch over.

  12. I recently noticed many sellers populating the initial few pages of search results of my category, and I literally have no memory of seeing them before in the last few years!! All of sudden there are accounts with 50-1000 reviews, and most of them have very competitive pricing (under $50) too!! PS Pricing bit I'm talking in relative terms here!!
  13. Yesss!!! Dozens of good completed orders don't really take our enquiries or orders to the NEXT level but just one bad order is good enough to tank everything for months!! Same momentum gets extended to our SS too, either ways!!

  17. A simpler and reliable solution would be to mutually decide and agree upon WHICH TOOL can/will be trusted and used to verify the authenticity and accuracy of content, BEFORE starting the work. You can even mention the same in your gig details and inform every buyer beforehand when they place the order.

  20. WASTE OF TIME!! Just a silly delusional game people play to get 'bookmarks' on their gigs. So many gigs are poorly crafted and have zero orders but they have accumulated 500+ likes/bookmarks.
  21. All these accounts are scammers. Just ensure that you send a one-word-reply i.e hi to them before reporting and blocking them. This would ensure that your response rate is 100%. Sounds silly but system can't differentiate between scammers and genuine accounts, YET.
  22. You have received 3 orders in your tenure of 4 months on the platform, last order was delivered 3 weeks back. Majority of sellers here wait for their 1st order for months. Don't seek sympathy. Use the time to improve your skills and develop newer-better samples for your gigs. Add realistic samples to your Fiverr portfolio, instead of templates.
  23. If you had opted for 'one day expiry', then it cannot be extended. You will have to send a new offer again. To avoid this hassle, I usually skip the expiry check box. And I usually withdraw the offer, if I don't hear from the buyer for 3-4 days.
  24. Guys, What do you all think about this video? Buyers change their briefs or mind all the time but now there can be a communication gap between them & AI brief bot!!! What is the likelihood of getting a cancellation or bad review, when we deliver work for a brief written by AI?? 🥲
