Yes, You're correct that while one recent review was negative, that review was 1month old. it's important to consider the context of all 156 reviews, most of which are positive. It's unfair to judge solely based on one or two negative reviews. Additionally, if a client seems satisfied during our interactions, it's surprising to receive a negative review privately. It's unfortunate if one review disproportionately impacts our overall success score without considering the majority of positive feedback.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I just wanted to share some recent frustrations. I used to be a Level 2 seller, but due to a recent update, I've been demoted to a new seller status, which feels completely unfair. Despite completing around 12 to 15 orders with 5-star ratings, my success score remains stuck at 4. It's really disheartening, and I'm not sure what steps to take next. Considering that my gig isn't ranking anymore and I'm not receiving any orders, I'm starting to think about leaving Fiverr because of it.

Due to the new level system, many sellers who were on the verge of achieving top-rated status have now been categorized as new-level sellers. I believe this change is unfair to them, as well as to myself, as I am also affected. We have dedicated nearly 2 to 3 years on Fiverr, anticipating reaching top-rated status, only to have the level system altered, resulting in us being demoted to a lower level, which feels unjust. Furthermore, I'm experiencing a lack of orders on all of my gigs. Consequently, I have made the decision to leave Fiverr 😞
