  1. Reasons you're not doing well: - You have duplicate gigs. - You have already gained a few negative reviews. - You say your services include scriptwriting, but your writing seems to be very... lacking, to say the least. - You offer a money-back guarantee and unlimited revisions on some of your gigs. Try to think about why that might be a bad idea. - Your gig descriptions are not persuasive. There's literally no reason to hire you apart from you being cheap. You don't mention why we should choose you instead of the thousands of other video editors. What makes you stand out? What are your skills?
  2. Zero sales. Why are you trying to argue with someone who has actually had success on the platform?
  3. And if other people rob stores without being caught, you would also do it? You know somebody might be tempted to report your gigs if you don't change the images, right?
  4. Did Mr. Beast, Elon Musk, and the rest of the gang give you permission to use their image to promote your gigs? That's the first thing you should fix.
  5. Remember that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
  6. Instagram marketing is a very broad subject and not one we can teach you here. It would take a long time, and it certainly isn’t as simple as just posting your gig. There’s a lot more to it. I suggest you read some marketing books and then take some courses on Instagram marketing (there are some on Udemy) if you really want to learn.
  7. If you have studied marketing (you must at least have researched it, right?), you should know how to apply the concepts to Fiverr. I took a dozen marketing courses in college. I don't call myself a marketer, but I certainly understand how to use what I learned on Fiverr.
  8. How? What is excellent service?
  9. Yes, that's one 30-minute consultation. 😉
  10. I can teach you to sell. My fee is $10,000.
  11. I wonder that, too. I believe that some of them are truly delusional. For example, there are even some writers with hundreds (even thousands) of reviews that... well, let's just say that they would have to pay ME money to read their stuff (based on their samples and gallery). One of them posted on the forum recently, crying about how Fiverr is unfair and blah blah blah—you know, the usual stuff. His gigs weren't exactly cheap, and his samples were hilariously bad. I got curious and looked him up and saw that he described himself in a very arrogant way on a different site for writers—like he truly believes he's the best writer in his country and that he's just "underappreciated" because people don't understand his "unique" writing. The problem is that some buyers aren't native English speakers or even fluent, so they won't be able to judge whether writing sounds unnatural, which means that sometimes people like that do end up getting sales. However, I very much think that many of them know that they're scamming people—especially the ones with no or very few reviews. The ones usually asking for advice on this forum. They might not admit it to themselves, instead coming up with all sorts of excuses to explain their behavior, but I think deep down, a majority of them know.
  12. Informing informative information. You are a digital marketer. You should be able to get sales on your own.
  13. You shouldn't offer 24/7 customer service. You can't be awake 24/7, so it isn't possible. Otherwise, your gigs just look very generic. I have a feeling you've also cheated on some of your skill tests. There's no way you got 10/10 on the English Language test without cheating.
  14. It was a horrible feature for most buyers. There were so many incompetent sellers sending you copy-pasted offers that had nothing to do with what you were asking. It had to be seen to be believed. It was really, really bad.
  15. How has that helped you? You have made zero sales.
  16. You're a lead generator... generate leads for yourself. Also, posting ChatGPT stuff on the forum like you did a couple of minutes ago won't help you get orders. Additionally, you just delivered something 7 days ago and got a review. So, you're doing well, no? Or is it because they aren't real reviews? I always get a bit suspicious when there are a lot of reviews from people who only seem to buy from people from a few certain countries. Otherwise, I don't really get why you would make this topic when you have been getting orders pretty consistently.
  17. I can tell you that you broke Fiverr’s Terms of Service. Maybe you should give them a read?
  18. 🤦‍♂️ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/315341-cannot-find-my-profile-by-searching-my-username/
  19. You have duplicate gigs. Your gig descriptions are not persuasive. Your English doesn't seem to be good enough to translate from Hebrew to English. Better fix that.
  20. It says you offer Google Ads campaigns that will show the video to an audience of 10K. Are those views or impressions? Maybe you should specify that. Also, I assume you will be using part of the order amount to promote the videos, as you don't specify that the buyer should pay for the ads separately. That means if it is 10K views at $0.01 per view (about the absolute lowest you can go and a very low-value audience), you will get a profit of $5 as a seller. What will you do if a buyer cancels the order? Then you'll lose those $10 without getting anything back. EDIT: And why did I just waste my time writing this? He won't understand it, anyway. EDIT 2: Now I got a PM from him asking him what he can do... well... yeah... ok.
  21. I don't care what you think. The advice is linked in this thread as I already told you once before. I doubt anybody will want to help you now, though. Not with that attitude.
  22. And do sellers with reviews not have skills?
  23. They are often not just innocently asking questions. Sometimes they're posting questions they don't care about getting the answers to. They believe that the act of posting questions on the forum will somehow boost them on the main platform. And a question such as the one in this topic can be answered with a simple Google or forum search. There are literally thousands of threads containing advice on how to get orders. Moreover, the OP claims to be a digital marketer. A digital marketer should know how to get sales; otherwise, he shouldn't be selling digital marketing services. It doesn't make sense. We see that every day on the forum. Basically, by asking this question, he reveals that he doesn't have the skills necessary to do what he claims to be able to do in his gigs. This means he is probably scamming buyers or delusional about what it takes to be a professional in a certain category. Hence the "harsh" reaction. Believe me, I'm holding back a lot of what I want to say to these kinds of people, so for me, it's very much not harsh - simply the truth. Maybe we just shouldn't care about the buyers who might get hurt by these incompetent or scamming sellers? Furthermore, the answers posted to this thread by other newbies contain bad advice from people who have never gotten a single sale. Should I not call out false advice when I see it? Also, you're saying you just discovered the forum. When you become part of a community, it's usually best to read a bit to get a feel for the place before you start insulting people, like you did me.
  24. Exactly. There is no reason for us to even give advice. It doesn't benefit us. Yet, we do it, anyway. And we often get no thanks. I was exactly the same. I wrote long posts trying to genuinely help everybody on the forum. Hundreds and hundreds of them. However, it's like you said, they ignore it, or they fight back. And sometimes they fight back REAL hard. Indeed. It's a total waste of time.
