    Please tell that to all the people who did get a warning for just asking for review. I’ve been here long enough to see many cases even though SSMs were telling us that it’s ok to ask for a feedback or non specific review.

    Yes that’s what our SSMs tell us but we still see “normal” sellers getting warnings for the same questions even if they are not asking for a specific review.

    Favourable or not but fiverr does have a metric for the amount of repeat customers. And if you have repeat customers it means that they are satisfied with your work. but it’s not the only metric fiverr takes into account, it’s just one of many

    0-24 hours -late 24-48 hours - very late.

    Most likely you will. If you sent an extension when the order was already late then no matter when buyer accepts is your stats will take a hit as I remember. and percentage depends on how many completed orders you have in the period of the last 60 days and only you yourself can calculate that.

    It’s 2 days. 48 hours. after 24 hours orders is marked as late, after 48 as very late and the option to cancel the order.

    That’s not how fiverr works. you set up your individual page and you work on your orders.

    I think we did have a discussion and I don’t remember how we came to that but it seems that fiverr basically ignores PayPal disputes and if one of the sides doesn’t reply then at some point dispute is automatically accepted. Long time ago before we could ask for compensation I would send screenshots, proofs etc but fiverr wouldn’t even resend them to a PayPal dispute. It’s too much for them to deal with.

    There is no relation between those. But there is a relation of your bad English and you stating on your profile that you are fluent in English. There is nothing bad in learning, we all make mistakes but stating that you are fluent in English just makes you look worse to potential clients if they reach out to you and realise that you are not fluent in English

    You can’t deposit money in fiverr account if you are planning to buy something, it comes directly from your payment provider

    One of the reasons. Fiverr is placing your gig based on your performance relative to other sellers. If other sellers had better stats, satisfaction rates etc then they are placed higher than you and have higher chances of getting orders

    No you can’t. Fiverr has a list of approved websites where you can host your portfolio and share it as a link to your buyers but unfortunately those are not part of the list

    The number one tip that will take you far in life: take accountability and do your research. This forum has a lot of amazing advice and articles from established successful sellers on how to grow, how to manage clients, tips etc ah and another one: don’t steal pictures from the internet and don’t use AI to write your descriptions

    It will be at some point. Fiverr can ask you at any point in time to verify your identity. And there is a rule in fiverr TOS that you shoul don’t misrepresent your identity

    What it means is that fiverr is showing your gig in search but people are not interested enough to click on your gig to find out more.

    Mentor to chew information for you and tell you what to do so you don’t have to do any work and not pay “mentor” for their time because it’s mentorship? just read the forum and ask questions, all info is already out there that you might need

    If you opened a few tickets as I entiende before will slow down the response and they will clise all tickets to merge to one at the end. How many tickets do you have open?

    Then that’s your reason, when you set prices in gif editor it sets prices in US dollars but when you view your ready gif it shows prices in your browser setting which is Australian dollars
