  1. Well, I would actually disagree with that. This platform is made for us to choose how to work. That’s why we called freelancers. Of course fiverr puts their own rules but it’s all up to the seller to work with whom they would like to work and for buyers to buy from sellers that they like. Sellers are also not obliged to jump on every single order with someone who’s trying to fish for discounts etc. I never provide discounts or negotiating. I value my time and my clients, if they are not ready to pay for my time then why should I care about their project? There are many other sellers as yourself I guess who will be happy to provide them discounts. (Of course I’m not talking about times when I’m working which a client and I really like them during the process I can give them some things for free. But if someone trying to bargain a discount even before we worked together that’s a big no no for me) And this approach actually brought only good results for me. The time I’m not spending on orders with huge discounts I’m investing rather in my skill or developing my business or new products. So just to sum up: no it’s not bad to refuse to work with clients that are trying to get your work cheaper and yes, that’s how fiverr is set up: if you don’t want you can cancel the order, black buyer etc and that wouldn’t be TOS violation
  2. I’m not sure if that’s a language barrier or not. But I’m sorry that wasn’t a “compliment” Most likely your order got cancelled because your buyer also couldn’t understand you. (The same as I’m struggling with it right now)
  3. First of all, your English also is not perfect. I didn’t understand even half from what you described. And secondly, we are just sellers here and if you need an explanation why the order was cancelled then you need to contact fiverr support.
  4. So what help do you need from us? Most likely your account was restricted for violating TOS but you didn’t attach here the full email that customer support sent you so we can’t even guess what’s the problem. I would suggest for you to wait for a follow up from them or contact support directly. Good luck.
  5. No it’s not. That wouldn’t help you with orders or gig ranking. It will help you only to educate yourself by reading the tips on this forum and implementing them.
  6. First of all if your gig violates TOS then it doesn’t matter how long your gig existed before fiverr team removed it. Secondly we can’t help you without knowing what services you were offering in your gig. And actually fiverr team wrote clearly that someone else complained that you used their copyrighted product and that’s why the removed your gig.
  7. That is a great advise. Hope he will be able to follow it. But for now it looks like he couldn’t even click the button on the screen to confirm that he’s not “a robot”
  8. I think sometimes it’s better avoid giving an advise when you are not sure if that’s the wrong or right advise. What you are recommending absolutely doesn’t have any effect on the impressions.
