  14. I have faced this issues multiple times and when I contacted with customer support, they only give one-repeated reply i.e. "we can not force a buyer to accept the delivery, communicate with your buyer and if order get canceled, do let us know."
  15. Most of the time the buyers placed orders without discussing. You have to check the requirements sections what sort of details/files they have provided and if everything is good, send a thank you message and explain the project scope to the buyer. If they haven't submitted the requirements, please ask for the details and files related to the project.
  16. I agree with you, but sometime when we asked for the extra fee for the extra work, the buyers asking to cancel the order. So, what to do in this situation?

  21. I have only 4 active order at this moment, but before this new level system I have more than 20+ active orders.
