(11 for individual person and other for repeated buyers). Also i have 4.8 rating. Also i spend 10-14 hours on fiverr. It says you should have excellent rating meaning 5 stars on all orders I think… It’s just my opinion I don’t know exactly but I think that’s the problem here.
