Hello why i am not level 1 seller?

hello everyone 🙂 . i have completed 31 days on fiverr. Also i have done total 22 orders. (11 for individual person and other for repeated buyers). Also i have 4.8 rating. Also i spend 10-14 hours on fiverr. Then why i am not level 1 seller still ?
please help me.

Hello, I think you didn’t get your badge because you have a few orders with 4/4,5 stars. It says you should have excellent rating meaning 5 stars on all orders I think… It’s just my opinion I don’t know exactly but I think that’s the problem here.
