Gig Favorite Number Dropped | Check Yours!

Hello there, I just noticed that all my gig favorite (❤️).

Not sure if this happening with my account or has someone else noticed this problem.

I just noticed the same thing. I can only speculate, a few days ago Fiverr had some technical programs, I wonder if this caused some information to get lost?

I would write customer service if you want to know what happened. I’m more focused on the number of orders I get, what row is my gig on, what percentage of my monthly orders result in cancellations (7.75% as of right now), etc.

It’s true that the favorites section is a major ego boost, but that’s all it is. Besides, buyers are more focused on how many reviews you have, how many are positive, and your portfolio samples.

I noticed mine today as well. from 500+ all the way down to 0.
I am pretty sure it is some technical issue and i hope they fix it soon.

The good news is, all the Gigs I collected are still in ‘my collections’ so I suppose it would be the same for everyone who ‘collected’ a Gig in the past. 😃

Same here. All dropped down to zero.
Doesn’t really bothers me though.

Actually the favorites are a bit more than that, it means a client saved your gig for future use like a bookmark, some people will save a few gigs and then review them all again before deciding on a seller. So resetting the favorites means some clients who may have wanted to use you in the future but will forget about you now because it’s not one of their favorites anymore 😦

I asked customer support about it. Here is their response: “We are aware of the issue and we should have a fix for it soon. We will notify you when it has been fixed.”

That’s not true at all! I had a few thousand “favorites”, and someone had 3, and now we’re both at 0, then a lot has changed.

I got the exact same answer when I asked about the gig portfolio glitch, over a month ago. The issue still persists.

Same here! I got hundreds and dropped to zero. I also have three Fiverr seller fellows, they are experiencing the same issue.

Yes. Having the same issue and Fiverr CS is also not giving any clear statement on this issue.
