Congrats and Happy birthday to you! I personally enjoy growing older. I am at my 30s too. I can´t wait to be 40, I wonder how I will look like. I still don´t have gray hair now. But maybe I will start to have some at my 40s 🙂

I dread to think of 70. I don´t know. I just don´t think it´s gonna be fun to be 70 unless I will still be very healthy. If I will have so many health problems that´s gonna s u c k.

You are correct. Age isn’t important, it’s health. I have seen people in their 90s who were exceptionally healthy and happy. An 86 year old woman near me water-skis every weekend.

If I will still be healthy by age 90, maybe then I wouldn´t mind to live that long 🙂
