Orders In Queue number not including Custom Offers

Hello everyone, I produce explainer videos to promote businesses and most of my buyers contact me before ordering to discuss the project details. When they are ready to buy I send a custom offer for what they want and we proceed.

The problem is that my ORDERS in QUEUE number is close to zero, because it only counts orders placed directly on the gig. Not custom offers.

Is this a problem to you?
