Mutual Cancelations

I usually don’t work over the weekend, though my gig is open and I’m always communicating with my buyers. I had a very large number of orders come in this weekend – feeling pretty grateful about it. But also had two separate mutual cancelations. Both for legit reasons, nothing to do with anything I do.



Normally I can easily find my gig via the “ratings” search… and now I don’t see it at all. Is this a bug perhaps? Is it due to the mutual cancelations… and if so will successfully completing the 20+ orders I have waiting for me get me back in the running?



Any experience here top rated sellers?

You may find that as you get a run of orders your ranking in search will drop, I find that when I have 50 orders in queue I am de-indexed until I complete some, so it’s perfectly normal.
