Guest professored Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 I recently completed a gig and the client was very happy with my work (and said so in the written comments). However, I was only awarded ONE star in the review. I think that Fiverr should make it clear that the star system runs from unacceptable (one star) to excellent (five stars) and not (as I expect the client thought), the other way round. Perhaps a clear scale that can be viewed to indicate the true award system with the stars under each level.
julipalmer7 Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 But when the buyer is rating if he selects the first star it comes up as red and you will see that it will be negative, I think you can ask the buyer if its not a problem to change it because you have up to 30 days for ratings to be changed.
