Need a dependable logo artist

I have tried many logo artists. I am batting about 1 for 10. The one person I used did a good job but isn’t able to do the work that I need on other projects. I know exactly what I want and am very descriptive. Language barrier has been an issue. If you are a graphic designer/logo artist I am looking for you. Must be in the USA. My logos are simple, except for maybe one. Attached is an example of the graphic I am looking for. If you are able to do this let me know.
