My account was deactivated without notice. I did not manage to withdraw the files I had paid for and now I amin serious trouble. Does anyone know why?

If you have created multiple account. your account restricted forever.it means you can’t request money also (not any chance according to my knowledge), if other violation methods, they will decide the restriction method. you can contact them and ask about that, any way if they willing to pay your money. you have to wait 45 days after your restriction to request the money.
