Can I and my spouse use two different Fiverr profiles and provide different services from a single PC? TIA.

No fiverr not allow to create more than 1 profile in 1 pc

No, you must need to open 2 profiles with 2 different IP/PC. If you work with a single PC/IP, it will be counted as Fiverr T&C Violation. Thanks
