A Sudden Account Disabled

Hi, My name is Stellarist and I've been working on Fiverr (under T-shirt and Merchandise) for at least 3 years now and last year I was promoted to Top Seller. 
I have 4 Orders queued before this incident happened. 2 of them are repeated buyers.
I just delivered one of the ordered today and the Buyer requested a little revision that I worked on immediately.
As I'm about to redeliver the revised files, I noticed that the send button is grayed out. I refreshed the page and my account is not log in. When I log in (google log in) it gave me a red banner saying "This account is no longer active. We sent you an email explaining what happened." I checked my email and it says I violate Terms and Services. I am aware of the ToS and Community Guidelines and I am confident that I didn't violate any.
Fiverr has been my main source of income for the last 3 years and this sudden account disabled brought me to tears as I read articles here that this cannot be undone.
I already sent and email to Fiverr Customer server and waiting for their reply.

I wonder, If this is irreversible, Can I still create another account and start fresh? Can they point out which ToS or Community Guidelines I violated so this wont happen again?
Its just feel so sad that this happen so suddenly when this morning I was happily chatting with my repeat client about our next project.


P.S. If my current clients are here, I am very sorry about the sudden cancellation of your orders.

Some violations can be automatically detected by the system, and in case a mistake is made, rest assured they will get to the bottom of it in no time.

Thank you for your reply.
I really hope this is a mistake. I just can't imagine losing all those 3 years of progress I made here on Fiverr.
But if I really have some violations, I was hoping if I could start fresh again. I love working with my clients and Fiverr is the only platform I use to market my skills.

Hi @ana_tomy,
I was wondering if there is any news about my case?
Its been 24hrs since I sent a ticket, and I was wondering if I can still recover my account or do I just create new account and start fresh again?
Most of my clients are all repeat buyers and I don't want to lose all my contacts that I've built for 3 years.
