Reduce the amount of time we have to wait until previously paused gigs show up in the custom offer list

If you had paused a gig, and someone then sends a message wanting an order that requires that gig (where you could create a custom offer), if you activate that gig to create the custom offer for it, it doesn't appear in the "custom offer" list for ages. Maybe 5 or 10 mins or more. But when the buyer is waiting and wanting to order right away that delay (maybe it's because of the way it caches the list) is a big problem.

So it would be good if after clicking "activate" on a paused gig and it's then active, that the gig would then immediately show up in the "create offer" list of gigs when it's clicked (not after 5 or 10 or more minutes).
