Fiverr withdraw to payoneer has critical issue. And Fiverr support is very poor. I have withdrawn my money and not receive it. I have contacted for one month to fiverr support. but not solve yet. Even though the fiverr don't respond at all this issue.

anyway, the fiverr is lying. Because they didn't send the payee id of the withdraw transaction 570689053 that they said it was correct when I asked it.

After several contact of 1 week, they provided payee id. but it is the payee id that I have relinked the payoneer  to fix this critical issue.

It is not possible to get the payee id  of the future in the fiverr side when it is not created yet.

so they are lying.

I didn't anything after first successful withdraw.   The payoneer relink was after this critical withdraw issue.

Have you confirmed that the 'relinking' only took place after you identified a problem with both Fiverr and Payoneer?

I want to bring to your attention that there's a significant 'hacking' problem globally, known as 'SIM swap'. This issue is quite prevalent in Nigeria as well, which might be related to your case.

The resolution starts by understanding what exactly happened. Only when the issue is identified, can you begin to find a solution with Payoneer or Fiverr. It's not that you haven't tried, but without knowing the exact security problem, it would be difficult to hold either Fiverr or Payoneer accountable.

Indeed, interacting with Fiverr's customer service can be challenging - it requires a lot of patience to explain your situation to them. However, they are not unreasonable and, with some persistence, this issue should be resolvable.

It's important to remember that if you experience hacking, it's not necessarily the fault of Fiverr or Payoneer. While it is undoubtedly an unfortunate situation, the responsibility does not always lie with these platforms.

In my experience, Fiverr can be quite understanding and may give refunds in some situations. A few months back, when I faced an unreasonable cancellation, they issued me a refund. So, there's a chance they might do the same for you if you indeed find the security problem that happened.

Thinking about this whole thing, wondering if there is someone who knows your Fiverr credentials, or who uses your system as well?

Think about this :

1) You setup your Fiverr Account > add your Payoneer ID.

2) You did 1st withdrawal, it worked perfectly fine.

3) After that, someone known to you logged in to your Fiverr ID (or maybe some hacker), changed the connected Payoneer ID to THEIR ID, then withdrew the funds. Obviously the funds will go to that NEW Payoneer ID. That could be the reason why Payoneer says that the funds have gone to a different address.

4) After the withdrawal was complete, that person connected YOUR Payoneer ID back to your Fiverr account. This is unlikely in the case of an external hacker (I mean, why would any hacker bother to connect back your original payoneer ID).

Do you think such thing could have  happened?

It is possible option. But the fiverr support didn't send the correct information.

As I said before,  fiverr said that 64d959b14757fca99cf30e63 was the payee id of the 570689053  withdraw transaction. but

the payoneer support confirmed that the payee id of the 570689053 payoneer transaction  is not 64d959b14757fca99cf30e63.

and 64d959b14757fca99cf30e63  fiverr payee id was created after this critical withdraw issue.

This means you got hacked.

It's just that you didn't understand what I was telling you.

nothing hacked. I hope you read my message correctly and write your idea after that.

64d959b14757fca99cf30e63   payee id is created by my relink after this critical issue.

so 64d959b14757fca99cf30e63   can't be the payee id of the 570689053 payoneer transaction that the fiverr claimed that it was correct withdraw transaction.

Fiverr support sent wrong information and they are lying.

I Hope fiverr support send the correct information of the 570689053 payoneer transaction.

I think you missed my point. I was asking if the Payee ID 570689053 for the Payoneer transaction had been changed before the transaction took place.

relink (1st time) *My point is whether this happened before the transaction without you knowing, possibly meaning you got hacked.

relink (2nd time) *You believe that you relink it after the transaction.

Hi, it is not possible option. there is sms code verification to relink the payment method in fiverr.

Did you try to connect or relink the payment in  fiverr?  then you can know the fiverr ask the sms to change the withdraw payment method.

my phone is not possible to hacked, so your idea is not possible.

and I have checked all history of fiverr activity with fiverr customer supporter. They confirmed that there is no activity of relink of withdraw payment method between last successful withdraw time and this third critical issue withdraw time.

anyway fiverr support lied.  they sent wrong information.

64d959b14757fca99cf30e63  can't be the payee id of the 570689053 payoneer transaction on August 14th that the fiverr claimed that it was correct withdraw transaction, because 64d959b14757fca99cf30e63 payee id is created on Ausgut 23rd when I relinked the payoneer

fiverr support sent wrong information and they are lying.

I Hope fiverr support send the correct information of the 570689053 payoneer transaction.

furthermore, the fiverr support don't respond at all for a month in the support ticket that I created to solve this critical withdraw issue. when the fiverr send the screenshot of 570689053 withdraw transaction, it will be better.

it is not fair just to say to contact payoneer to solve this issue, since fiverr can't do anything and we fiverr sent the money to the payoneer account that you linked in fiverr.

this is really not fair. At least fiverr support should send the correct information and screenshot of the payoneer transaction (570689053 payoneer transaction) that they said it was the correct withdraw transaction.

Payoneer has already acknowledge the transaction and that Fiverr indeed pay out, so Fiverr didn't lie.

I believe you got hack and you should understand the concept of "SIM swap" before being so dismissive of everything else, it actually is the only thing that makes sense,

Hey, not hacked. did you read my all message carefully?  if not, don't write anything here. it confused me.

I have said I have checked all relink history with fiverr support too. the fiverr supporter confirmed that there was no activity of relink of withdraw payment from second successful withdraw and to August 14(this critical withdraw issue time).

Furthermore, the payee id is changed whenever the user relink his payoneer in fiverr.

There is not any hacking possibility in this critical withdraw issue.

And I said fiverr didn't send the correct information of payee id of the 570689053 payoneer withdraw transaction with evident proof.

please read all carefully. if not, don't write here.

Fiverr staff.  please send the correct information of the 570689053 withdraw transaction. if you send the correct information, it helps to solve this issue with payoneer.

if the fiverr send the screenshot of 570689053 withdraw transaction, it will be better.
