Hi, I am a new seller on fiverr. Can I put a Google Drive link as a portfolio in my gig description?

Yes, sure! Why not? This is one of the best ways to share your portfolio. It is easy and reliable for your clients. Man, do it now! 

However, it is not advisable to include this information in the gig description.

Of course, because that allows you to share lot more information and in a lot more organized way. But like danial said, its better not to share this information on description

I hate google drive with a passion, it's not easy nor reliable. A good way to show your work is either using the Fiverr integrated portfolio, or having a website that is designed to show it. A drive with a bunch of folders and files is not professional.

It's not actually in the list of approved URLs to put in gigs.
