Fiverr flagged my account for alleged fake reviews and restricted it, despite my non-involvement in such activity.

Fiverr recently flagged my account due to suspicions of fake reviews, which led to my account being restricted. However, I want to clarify that I haven't engaged in any dishonest activities. All of my reviews are genuine, and I've successfully completed over 20,000 orders on Fiverr.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar situation, where their account was flagged without a valid reason. It's disheartening because I've dedicated 12 years to working on Fiverr, and my account was restricted within a minute without proper explanation. Despite my efforts to communicate and explain that my reviews are legitimate, Fiverr hasn't provided any evidence of the alleged fake reviews.

I can see you had around 7K reviews on your profile.

Hope you checked with CS (or escalated) about the reason. What did they say?

Did you had Seller Plus subscription? If yes, you may want to contact your Success Manager and see if they can help if you were never involved in the fake reviews.

This seller was falsely flagged for manipulating the review system due to 1 legitimate buyer who placed and reviewed 30 orders in one week. Customer Support ended up removing the warning:

You might have told a buyer in your DM to please give you a review if you have done that it might be the root cause

I've noticed that you've built a really impressive profile here. With over 12 years of experience on Fiverr and more than 7,000 reviews, it's a bit puzzling to see any fake reviews. It's possible there might be a misunderstanding or perhaps something in your messages to buyers raised a flag.

Have you ever mentioned or asked about reviews? I'd suggest taking a look at your recent activity to pinpoint where the issue might be. It could be a good idea to reach out to Fiverr Customer Support. They're usually really understanding and can help you out.

Also, as @sripra9007 mentioned, if you have a Seller Plus subscription, it might be a good idea to let your success manager know about this. They could take a closer look and provide some valuable insights.
