Not getting order or briefs for four months

I am also not getting any orders or briefs for about four months!! What should I do now? Delete my recent account and opened a new one.
 Here mentioned that I was a level one seller with 55+ reviews.

Bad idea. You'd be starting from nothing, rather than recovering. You said yourself:

Recovering your account is much easier than starting from zero. Spend your time looking for some tips on the Forum to improve your Gig ranking.
