My (Avg. Response Time-2 hr) decreased suddenly but my rank still the same

Hi everyone. I have already received the client's message. But I don't get any order .suddenly my profile response time is 2 hours. I can't find any reason for this

the response time depends on the time you take to respond to a client's message for the first time for each particular client. so you could have taken 2hrs to respond to that one client which has been marked.
