my client doesn't know how to give a review (actually my first client)

my client cannot find where to give the review.
he is actually satisfied with the work but he is unable to drop a review.

He was supposed to get that window to leave a review when he was marking order as complete. 
How long has it been since he completed his order?

Tell them to go to the order page. A review option should be there..

It says the last delivery was 6 days ago. If that was the order for this client then they should still be able to review since they have 10 days to review.

but I think it's safer to not mention reviews to the buyer at all due to Fiverr sometimes giving warnings about it (in case they think you're pressuring the buyer about a review or especially if they thought someone was trying to get the buyer to give a good review). So I wouldn't ask any buyer to leave a review (because of those risks).

The system will ask for a review automatically when they complete the order and some buyers might not want to leave a review.

Then he can’t leave a review anymore. 
fiverr gives only 10 days to leave a review
