Hello Fiverr Community,

I hope all of you are doing great. I've been facing the issue with my gig from last 11 months. My gigs were performing well and my profile overall rating is 5 stars. Visually i can't find anything wrong with my gigs or with ratings. Also many repeating buyers are on my profile with them i'm working in the last couple of months. I've tried almost every single suggestion i get from relevant people. No help is provided by Fiverr Support team in this case which is really frustrating. There is no way i can keep on performing if all of my gigs are not in searches from 300 days.

As i've mentioned i can't find anything wrong with my gigs or with my positive ratings. But still my gigs are not showing anywhere and it's been 11 months.

I would really appreciate the community thoughts. Any help or suggestions will be really appreciated. Should i deactivate my profile?

Thanks

Note that around only 2-3% will bother to click. So if impressions are only 10, Means no clicks.

I don't know, but I feel performance needs improvement. Rank is of performance. Folks may write good public reviews (in targeting future, as they may not have other choice), but aren't satisfied and may write bad reviews in private ?

Thanks for the information. I understand about the performance percentage feature you are saying. But if we are not receiving any impressions, clicks, orders from new buyers, How are we going to improve our gig performance percentage? Is that mean we should deactivate our profile for Good?

It seems like your gig is not appeared in the first (or the first 5 pages).

That's why, impression decrease. And you might not get any message from new buyer. Fortunately, you still have your old buyer.

But I don't know. Maybe you should update your gigs.

Deactivating is like destroying home and re constructing again.
Fiverr briefs are still hope. Lower your rate, when not getting any order and raise when rank becomes stable again.

If your gig statistics have been down to zero for 11 months but your overall profile rating is still 5 stars, it's possible that your gigs are not being seen by potential buyers. Here are a few things you can do to improve your visibility on Fiverr:

  1. Promote your gig: Use social media or other marketing channels to promote your gig and reach a wider audience. You can also consider running paid advertising campaigns on Fiverr to increase your visibility and attract more buyers.

  2. Optimize your gig: Make sure that your gig title, description, tags, and pricing are all optimized to attract potential buyers. Use relevant keywords and include a detailed description of your services to help buyers understand what you offer.

  3. Add new gigs: Consider adding new gigs to your profile that are relevant to your skills and experience. This can help you attract buyers who are looking for a wider range of services.

  4. Focus on customer service: Provide excellent customer service to your buyers by responding promptly to messages, delivering high-quality work, and being open to feedback. This can help you build a strong reputation on the platform and attract repeat buyers.

  5. Be patient: It can take time to build a successful business on Fiverr. Keep working on improving your gigs and profile, and be patient. With persistence and dedication, you can increase your chances of getting more orders.

If you're still not getting orders despite trying these strategies, you can contact Fiverr customer support for assistance. They can provide more information about the specific issue and offer guidance on how to proceed.

Thanks for your detailed answer. Yes it's been a long time and I've already implemented these suggestions, but no any positive response received from it. I did have Fiverr promoted gig feature but it's not working for me anymore.

Yes I've already discussed my Issue with Fiverr Support but they always send me an auto generated response. So no help at all. They always sent the same points I've been following in the past couple of months.

Yes it's like that. But I'm not receiving any briefs, now Fiverr also don't offer buyer requests. So there is no way i can see to get any new potential customer without being seen in search results. That's the reason i was asking if staying on the profile would work or not.

Make sure brief price is set to lowest or may be correct keywords like competitors so brief can be better matched.

If there's no way/hope left in fiverr, may be fiverr is not platform for you at all. Try alternatives upwork, freelancer etc

Anything we can do is tries and experiments

Same here all of a sudden all of my gigs have flatlined. January was normal, I had the usual amount of requests & new folks inquiring however February I haven't had 1 message from anybody new. I check & 0 impressions & 0 clicks. I just changed the key words in all of my gigs. I'm hoping this is temporary.
