My success score remains at 4 despite that I was a level 2 badge before

Hi, 

 Please, what could be problem with my success score(4) despite that I had done several order with 5 star reviews? Please, any solution to this disturbing issue?

It might have to do with a private review from one of your previous orders. So you never know.

Yes, but aside from those public reviews, buyers are also allowed to leave a private review. And sometimes, either due to being rushed, not having time or maybe not being completely honest with their public review, there can be differences between the private and public review. It does happen.
