Can multiple Fiverr accounts be used with one Wi-Fi?  For example, me and my brother.

Yes ! single internet connection can use multiple fiverr account there is no issue with that..

I found many answers about this particular topic on fiverr forum. some says no problem, some says if fiverr found out there will be a problem and a chance of ban both account. There's some people who says they are handling more then one account with same Wi-Fi so there shouldn't be any trouble. 

Even I'm new on fiverr, but I think you should inform fiverr support before take any advice. Even if you TWO are from two different category, that will help both you in future if any question arose from fiverr.

Like you suggested you should contact CS about it but they'll probably tell you that you both can't have gigs in the same categories if using the same connection.

If you use your account and at the same time your brother in one wifi, Fiverr will recognize you are using multiple accounts in one IP, and against fiver TOS, It's a high chance you will get a penalty or Fiverr might ban your account or your brother
so, my opinion to you is that use two different wifi

exactly, if you both work on different category then there shouldn't be any problem from fiverr.

Yes you can. If you both offer services of different categories. You can't offer same service using one wifi.

No double accounts using from same device even in 2 different browsers, whether different services with multiple accounts from the same PC allowed. 

Decide yourself first that you're able to provide the clients' services accurately. Then invest money on computer, internet and other business accessories.

BECAUSE TWO OR THREE PEOPLE MAY BE USING FIVERR FROM ONE WIFI.

yes, you can use multiple Fiverr accounts with 1 WIFI. But you can't give the same service. If you give the same service then Fiverr ban your 2 accounts immediately.

Yes, you can. But remember it, create the gig on different niches. As an example, you create gigs on WordPress and your brother can create gigs on Wix or Shopify, or any other without WordPress.

I found many answers without valid sources I think you should contact Fiverr support.
