can someone told me why fiverr gig promotion option is not on my gig that has 530 reviews with 5 stars rating.

I see my gig is following all gig promotion ruls but if still not

The usual reason is not so good performance in the last 60 days or so (and performance doesn't include only the visible metrics, it also includes the hidden feedback).

In other words, it's probably because one or more of your buyers left less than good private feedback.
