Can I remove the video from the review of the order I made? they both have 5 stars but I don't want them in my portfolio.

The images can only be removed with buyer approval. If I see something in my Live Gallery that I don't think should be there (usually an image or PDF), I'll ask the buyer if they really wanted it in my public, Live Gallery. Usually, they'll tell me that they don't and will then ask me to reach out to Customer Support to have the image or PDF removed. As long as I have the buyer's approval in writing, the images are always taken down.

I believe that you can also turn live portfolio off.

This will hide all portfolio pieces that are coming from orders.

Click on My Business ⇾ Gigs.

Find the gig that you want.

On the right you will see an arrow. Click on it, it will show you a drop-down menu.

Live Portfolio will be one of the items there.

You check the box on its left if you want it on or uncheck it, if you want it off.
