Reply to @takinthelead: What you may want to do is contact Customer Service and ask them who needs to take responsibility for the failed ARS that has sellers not knowing what to do and feeling the need to cancel orders.

I do not like new rating system. It do not directly say that the rating is positive or negative. When reducing the stars, it marks as reducing positive reviews. So it is not fair for seller. I think, new rating system should measure the overall satisfaction of buyers stating whether the review is positive or negative.

Reply to @jtengle: many messages have to be removed because of offensive or rude words contained in them. CS has been told what someone is doing here…
