1. Research keyword
2. Use that keyword in your gigs title and desc
3. User best cover image
4. Use tag that include keyword
5. Last and the most important: Promote... Promote... Promote...

You're asking the wrong question. You should be asking yourself, "where are my target customers located?"

Your answer will inform you as to where you can market your services.

Yes, really. Surely you know that not all people use all the social media. If one's target customers use Facebook but not Twitter or Pinterest, it would be pointless to advertise their services on Twitter or Pinterest. However, if one's target customers are women who spend a lot of time on Pinterest, then that would be the best place to attract clients.
