How can I find out My First Order?

Hello,
I'm aziz rohmani.
I am a logo designer and new on fiverr.
I already published 5 gigs on fiverr about two months ago.
when I published my 3rd gig then I got an order within three days. But the buyer cancels that order. then my profile was gone down. 
I am always active 24/7 days. But no any order or any knock.
What can I do?

Suggest you use the word "contact" instead of "knock" in your communications as that will come across as more professional.

promote it as much as you can through social platforms by sharing links on your status by reacting on buyer request and giving time to you gig 😊 hope for the best
