Last 3 month I complete 2 order only. I can't understand that is why? I complete the last order about 2 week ago. This screenshot of my last order. You can start as a new seller. I seen your profile. only 3 gigs in your profile. You should to research more and upload more gig. Then you can gain more order.

You need to research on fiverr and keyword. Then find out the best keyword with low competitors. Then publish your gig on that keyword.

It is not related to time. It's related to keywords. The best keyword in gig helps your gig ranking.

Once a client gave me two files to work on. One of those files was not supported on my PC so I saw one file and another one didn't. That was a big mistake. Then when I worked and submitted the file, the client got angry with me. And then I realized that I was wrong not to look at the given file after seeing his provided file, I fixed his work. Then he was happy. But for my mistake, he gave me a 3-star rating. So freelancers should go as well through the client's description and all the files and then start working.

Normally gig impression and click up or down everyday. But if you think that your gig impression going down in not normal. You can check your gig status. If there are no problem in your gig status, you can contact support.

New seller always try to get new orders and try to do the client's work well. Sometimes client think the seller can do this job. But seller know that job something, not properly. My advice in this case that you can refer to an expert seller. or should you to tell client very well that you are an entry level for this job. It’s good for both.

Before fiverr update, I was sending buyer request from mobile and pc. But after update fiverr on 17 September I can send buyer request on PC, But I can't send buyer request in mobile app. But why this? What I do? How can I send buyer request in my mobile app?

It was my 9th order. I complete it very hardly and very good communication with this buyer. But one misunderstanding for this work he give me 3 star. This buyer was very highper ‍and gets angry a little. Only this buyer given me 3 star. All buyers without this given me 5 star and very good comment. My gig title is label round sticker circle patch stamp seal vintage sale trust badge logo. This gig have only one review and that is this.

The buyer knocked me and told me about the job. Then I understand the task and start working. He didn't tell me about his budget and I didn't ask him about it either. His task was to design 4 round labels. 4 label designs in one style with 4 different colors and 4 different texts. It will take total of 4 files for one label. 4 Files are 1. JPEG file 2. PNG file 3. Ai file 4. PSD file 4 files of each label design. Total 4x4 = 16 files. It took me 2 days to complete the works. then When I completed the works he said he would pay $10 for all the designs and files. How is that possible? Only $10 for 16 files? I said jpg and png 5$ and AI file 10$ and PSD file 10$. Pay a total of $25. He refuses to pay $25. So he didn't order me and didn't contact me anymore. What do I do now? Is it my mistake to do his work before taking the order? Or have I demanded more price than the task? Help me what should I do now?

You are right. But I think before place the order buyer should talk to the seller and discus about the project. Then seller show some sample with the buyer description. If the buyer like these sample then place the order. I think it is the right process. I always do it with every buyer. You can try it with sellers.
