Buyers are not obliged to leave the reviews, and asking for a positive review can result in a warning!

And even if they didn’t leave a public review, they could’ve still left a private one.

Leaving a Buyer's feedback is a basic prerogative of a Buyer. 

The above is from the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.

Fiverr prompts the buyer more than once to do so.

There have been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning for discussing a review.

Always best to leave your buyer alone and move on.
