After completed order

Hey

So I ordered some leads a few weeks ago and the seller delivered it today. He said that he has very low bounce rate as low as 0-5% and I trusted him.
Today when I was verifying the leads, 90% of the leads are undeliverable/bounce.
What can I do in this situation?
Can I ask for a refund?

If the delivery wasn't as described, as agreed then yes you can ask a refund. Do try to reach out with the seller first before considering Customer Support.
