  4. Sir I have been working since 2017; it's the journey of 4-5 years. I hope you know it doesn't happen over the night. However, as I mentioned earlier - I too got stuck on order number #199 for the past 1.5 month. But, alhamdulillah!

  8. Hi! I just noticed we get an update on Fiverr messenger that enables us to set up an instant reply whenever a potential buyer contacts us. I explored it and found it very interesting and hopefully it will be much fruitful. You can set up any message you want. But, it will only be sent to new enquiries and moreover, it does not have affect on your response rate. You still have to response the message to maintain the stats of "Response Rate" & "Average Reply Time". Cheers!

  14. it is just because they make you to deliver the revision quickly. Otherwise, it won't have any affect on Delivery Rate
  15. No sir, it won't affect your delivery time as you have delivered the work in time. Revisions are the part of any job, I believe if you won't revise the delivery and sent it back to client it will affect the hidden feedback that clients give to fiverr.

  17. Well, you are right, but, I think it is in some other scenario. It is for those who are repetitive clients and have to cancel an order due to any reason other than satisfaction. Like, they have decided not to work on that specific project - so they decided to cancel it. However, for future projects they will consider the same buyer.
  18. Exactly for them. well, that happened to me once, when one of my buyer ordered a same custom order request twice and he claimed there was an internet glitch and order was processed twice, so the customer support cancelled the order which affected my ratings then.

I think that mostly happens when there is a glitch in Fiverr (that happened to me once, an order was placed twice) or your buyer is a repeated customer and somehow decided not to work on job that is assigned to you already. And now he/she wants to refund and cancel the order. Later on, he/she gives you another project within time that mentioned in this notice. I hope I succeed to convey my point to you.

  24. I agree with @miiila and how he elaborated the scenarios. It is always better to be in time and pre-decide the turn around time with your buyer. Thereby, never gonna face the situation "VERY LATE".
  25. Yes, that's exactly I asked from him but, in other words. Thank you for backing up on me. Thank you for clarification @vickiespencer. I thought so as I feel that notification is significant for seller and not for the buyer.
