I am a new Freelancer on this platform and have some amazing projects as well. Thanks for such an opportunity for freelancers.

Today I was asked to provide them Passport and Selfie.

I don't have passport so I took a picture of my NIC and a selfie 3 times and All attempts failed. 

But the bad news is that they temparily disabled my account 😞

 

Please guide me and how to activate my account again.
