Early Payout feature gone forever?

I've been using the early payout feature for almost a year and it's been a very appreciated feature.

Suddenly it disappeared during the last summer and I'm still hoping to have it back..

I asked to CS, but they basically copy and paste what they say in the FAQ.
What I don't understand is the quality measurement that they do. I mean, all my stats are fine, I send offers in the buyers requests section almost daily, I've earned over 500 USD in the last 12 days, and they're still all in pending clearance 😅

What they still want to make me the chosen one again? 🤔

I may be wrong, but there was a moment when it was listed as one of benefits of Seller Plus program.

I just used early payout. I found out that it is only available if the buyer marks the order completed. Then you can get an early payout. That said - I'm also in the Seller Plus program, so I'm not sure if that is a requirement for getting this benefit.

I am not on the Seller Plus Program either and I have it. I have never used it though.

I've never joined the Seller Plus Program, I can use the "promote gigs" feature (which has been disabled for some months too, but now it's back) so I really don't know what could cause the eligibility.

It's always been available to me on orders that have reviews.

Will getbthe feature two times in month for continous 3 days. Thats the pattern which I get Early Payout Feature. Dont know whats the eligibility. I am not on Seller Plus.
