I think this is a bit harsh when it comes to new system. Look at my stats for last 11 years in fiverr and My most selling gig which I made revenues of around 80,000 USD apart from commission has a success score of 6 plus all metrics are like I am not doing anything for clients.. Remember I am making around 1000-1500 USD every month. How can this be good crtieria to stay here if we are not rewarded for our service. I am now Seller Plus for last three months.. Awarded with Seller Plus around June 9th. Its been good as I got orders from brief, Gig Rankings were high and got lot of orders and 7 day Clearance system Plus Quick Cash by giving additional 1% and it Helped me. We can know insights of buyer activity like how much they are ordering, rating given and also category they order. Keyword analytics for your gigs and also in fiverr Marketplace Plus Customer success executive which you can report your issues regarding gigs and they will give us tips whether you take or not is your like. Only issue is that After August 14th Gig Rankings and impression went on downhill gradually each day. I had around 4k Impressions every day and All my orders were correctly delivered and buyers rated me high and even they gave repeated order. Its like My Total revenue was around 72000 until June and It went up to 80 within that 2-3 month period.. Also I got Fiverr Loan of 1500 which I paid in a month itself.. That is almost $4000 job needs to be done for paying that loan as we get 40% from overall Earning.. And It all paid in a month. 30-35 Orders completed too. Now Impressions is around 200 per day from 4k that reduced gradually in a month. But still Seller Plus is active and renewed for this month. I put two more gigs based on the keywords and they are saying like to wait 2 months for result. I am waiting and will post the results after that.. I am getting like 1-2 messages from New buyers and orders are there so its all going good.. Gig promotion is also active as a panic button. So Now I am playing a waiting game to know whether Seller Plus really helps. This is the time which I will get an idea How good the Seller Plus is as Impressions are less even with high ratings from clients even internally as Customer success manager already told that Buyer impressions are great ( She said it was lower after first meeting and in initial stage and after second meeting she said this) So I ll get an idea How seller Plus works.. If it works I will definitely post it in a month.

Hi, I have been in your situation like this around 3-4 years back when 3,4 buyers disputed the payment through Payment source rather than through fiverr. We cannot definitely complaint fiverr for that. Because Customer can make a dispute through PayPal and can still return the funds to them even without any control of fiverr. So It was an unfortunate experience for me.. After all these Biggest positive which I received is Fiverr understood that I delivered the work perfectly and after a thorough investigation and after understanding that its buyer that is problematic They gave me refund from their pockets itself or through some means.. It was appeared in fiverr balance and custom executive contacted me and said it was for the hard work which you done for that order. So You may get it in future if you continue to raise the issue in Fiverr customer support.. Never blame the fiverr as these things can happen in a marketplace.

Finally I have completed an order which gives me 400th Rating for the gig of Web design with overall rating of 4.8 stars. Totally completed over 700 orders. Wish me for more orders..

Yes exactly what I told. After deliver why there is still deliver timer going on and becoming late? There is no logic in it. Okay if timer goes on late before delivery then its good. But after delivered before a day of due and customer is not requesting modification for two days or not online for checking delivery timer runs on and becomes late. Even though it doesnt affect rating still its not professional being a top market place. And when we see it its doesnt look good for our eyes too.. So the suggestion put forward.

Hi, Fiverr delivery timer needs to be refreshed. Because Now There is an issue like even after order delivery timer continues to tick and the it because LATE. So something must be done to avoid this thing. If its delivered the why Timer is still continuing?? You can close out timer. Why the LATE tag ?

Havent recieved any selled Plus invite even though I have been in fiverr for 9 tears. I really hope fiverr will give some preference for people who is here throughout the journey of fiverr and also gave top services. I really hope to Get into Seller Plus soon.

Did you look at statistics for your gig. How Impressions went down ? Is it like gradual reduction or sudden decrease ?. If its sudden then it can be due to the factors I mentioned or if its gradual then you might haven't got much orders recently. Means Impressions was higher without any clicks or conversion like that.

I graduated from college in 2012 and started my Fiverr profile in 2013 where intially its was like or dislike buttons after completion of order and after several years star rating came. So I am almost here from the start of fiverr community and haven't been that involved in forum. So I think its good to be part of forum and share experiences here with lot of changes happened. I normally do Wordpress designing and web designing. I do Flyers, Brochures and graphic designs.. My First Gig was Flyer designs and then Revolution Slider or banner designs. My third gig was wordpress / web design. Now specialising in it. I have successfully completed custom service test in fiverr and It was easy as with 10 years of experience The questions werr familiar as customers ask such questions to us. Most of were related to real life experience and I have successfully passed and that too Rank within Top 10% of users in Fiverr..

Means I am not telling like to forcefully review the order. Ask them and notify that order is autocompletes and if you have anything to work with fiverr and Client may realise if and rate if he got a great work. Because some buyers have a confusion of order page and inbox. So we just need to approach and notify them. I had 100-200 clients who havent been able to distinguish even after order completion. They said like ok Order is completed right Shall I pay for next revisions. But I normally say that its unlimited revisions and you can give me anytime if you have modifications. And I have instances like Client rate after that reply after getting our trust.

Offcourse yes. Its how you can become loyal to client and get into good books of client. Most of the clients look forward to after delivery service. So Clients may have busy time while order gets auto completed and may have been taking list of modifictions. So its good positive thing that we give service even after delivery. We will get a long term client as well as recommendation. But Only issue is that Rating system gets disabled after 2-3 days so try to contact them and rate your order and continue with the work.

Just edif the gig and look for settings inside the gig. You will get the option for it. Or else Just raise a ticket in CS and they will help. Meanwhile Please do check whether Live Portfolio is allowed for you GIG category. There are categories where its still disables. Maybe yours belong to that too.

No issues with that for me ? Did you enable it while creating gig ? If not it can happen.

Fiverr's wordpress 5.1 test was a difficult one and on second try I just passed it with 6.5 out 10 !! Is their relevance for the test result with respect to my fiverr profile.
