On new order page, how do I withdraw an offer I sent on it?

I have an order in progress.   I sent an offer for an extra on it.

 

I want to deliver the order and withdraw the offer I sent for the extra but there seems to be no way to do it.  And there is a little note on the offer saying "please wait for xyz to accept the offer".    

How do I withdraw the offer?  The client does not seem to want it.

EDIT:

My client accepted the offer but I would  not have known that if I hadn't refreshed the order page.   But if anyone knows the answer to how to withdraw an offer on the order page please let me know.

You can contact on support they will give the exact solution.

I think it's better not to cancel the offer or order if its running. You can ask your client to order an extra amount on the gig. In thus case you can send extra custom offer.

In similar situation, I found 'Withdraw Offer' button, which is not there when I initially send the offer. It appear after some time (I don't know exact time).

You have to go your order page, then click on the order that you would like to cancel.

• Go to the small blue box on the top right, under order titles.
• click resolution center link >ask the seller to cancel the order.
• Write the reason for your cancelation, click continue.
• Choose one of the reasons from the list > continue
• Explain the reason to submit the request > click send.
• Your seller will have 48 hours to reply to you. If the seller fails to accept or decline the request, the order will be automatically cancelled after 2 days
