Can buyer place another order while there is still an ongoing one.

Hi everyone, I am currently working with a buyer, he wants to add money to the initial budget so I am suggesting he makes another order. But I want to confirm, is it safe for him to make another order while there is an ongoing order with the same user/account.

Yes, he can place another or multiple orders while other order in progress.

Yeah he could but what you should really do is go to the bottom form on the order page, click "offer more extras" and add to the budget that way. You can do a custom extra for another amount and also add days to your deadline if it's going to take longer.

Yes. Client can another order when running one. Yesterday one of my client placing 2 order at a time.

There was a buyer who placed 5 orders at the same time. It's perfectly fine. However, in your case it might be better if you do what @rachelbostwicksuggested, and offer your buyer a custom extra on the order page. If your buyer adds to the budget by placing another order, it might look as if you're trying to artificially increase the number of reviews you get, and any kind of review manipulation is strictly forbidden.
