Fiverr Customer Support Order Cancellation Inquiry

Hello Fiverr Community,

I recently accepted an order for photo editing, but shortly after, I received a notification that my order had been canceled by Fiverr Customer Support. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to determine the reason for this cancellation, as the "Click Here" button in the email is disabled.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is this a bug or is there a more specific issue at play? I'm concerned about how this might affect my gig performance. I've reached out to Fiverr Customer Support and am currently awaiting their response.

This happens when Fiverr bans the buyer or the buyer suddenly closes his/her account. Have you checked if your buyer's account is still active?

Looks like there was an issue with the buyer's account
